My training and experience started in 1988 with special units in the armed forces, intelligence and secret services.  Combined training and experience in both the armed forces and intelligence communities makes me a knowledgeable, connected and seasoned security consultant. 

Over this period, recruited from the armed forces by the intelligence service, I served as advance agent / protection officer for three presidents on state visits.  I also served as officer in charge / team leader for the director general of the intelligence and secret services for more than four years.  My past experience has taken me to several dangerous locations around the globe where I had the opportunity to experience, first hand, local terrain, diverse cultures and security risks, which gave me a clear understanding of potential or existing threats and the requirements and procedures needed to identify, contain or manage those threats or risks effectively.
